Both you and Alquin Apparel herby agree to the following procedure of Dispute resolution: In the event of any conflict, including but not limited to controversy, action, claim or dispute arising from or related to any transaction or Comment on the Website, or the breach of enforcement of this Agreement or any part therein, the party in complaint shall attempt to settle the Dispute by providing written or spoken notification to the other party through phone, e-mail, or certified mail. In this notification, all the facts and circumstance shall be made clear. Once notification is given a reply or resolution form the opposing party is required in the following 30 days.  Both you and Alquin Apparel agree that the above described Procedure will be the first coarse of action before the initiation of any litigation or the filing of any claim against the opposing party.

Any claim relating to Alquin Apparel’s Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 Product Information

The products on the Website may be in limited quantity and all returns and exchanges shall be conducted in accordance to Alquin Apparel’s Return Policy. All prices on the Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
